2nd Annual Science Festival

The Castro Valley Educational Foundation, in cooperation with the Castro Valley Unified School District will be presenting the 2nd Annual Science Festival on Saturday, May 1, 2010 an the Castro Valley High School on Santa Maria Avenue.

The Castro Valley Science Festival is a FREE district-wide event for all students and their families that promotes sciences and mathematics by showcasing exhibits by students, classes, science teachers, and othe educational organizations.

Efforts are being coordinated by the CV Educational Foundation, parents, and science teachers for this year's event. These efforts are provided by volunteers, but there are expenses for staging a large district-wide event, and we need your help.

You can help us provide Castro Valley kids with a fun and valuable day exploring the sciences while at the same time recognizing your business, your organization or yourself through festival advertising.

EVENT SPONSOR - With a donation of $2000 you will be considered a lead sponsor of the event with your name and logo on all Science Festival literature and advertising.

EDUCATION SPONSOR - With a donation of $1000 you will allow us to bring in outside science and educational organizations for exhibits and workshops. Your sponsorship will be recognized with signage at the festival, as well as acknowledgements in the Festival program and advertising.

SCIENCE HALL SPONSOR - With a donation of $500 your name and logo will be publicized on an entire exhibit hall! The Science Building, Math Building & Cafeteria sponsorships will give you exposure to several hundred students and parents visiting activities and workshops in these areas.

CLASSROOM SPONSOR - A donation of $250 will help sponsor larger exhibits and workshops that will be attended by many K-12 students with your name and logo on room signage and in the festival program.

EXHIBIT SPONSOR - A donation of $100 will help our students, school classes and other participants with materials for exhibits/projects/experiments in one of our exhibit halls.
